Looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday at 3pm!

Prep for next class

Jeffrey’s Group:

Next week’s lesson is titled ‘To Whom shall We Go?’. We will consider a major turning point in the ministry of the Lord Jesus.

Read: John 6:22-27, 53, 60, 66-69; Matthew 16:21-28; 17:1-9

Think: The events in Matthew seem to have happened shortly after the events in John. Why do you think I call this a major turning point for Christ’s ministry? Why did the crowds stop following Jesus? What did he begin to teach his disciples?

Stephen’s Group:

This week, we’re going to look at how God has spoken in a very general way to all of humanity. We’re going to think particularly about what Nature reveals (we might also consider Conscience, if we have time).

Read: Romans 1:19-23, Psalm 19:1, Acts 14:17

Think: When we observe and experience Nature, what can we learn about the Creator who has brought everything into being? And what things can Nature not communicate to us about the Creator?
